数控水刀主要以切割平面板材为主。
一套数控水刀切割机（简称“水刀）由三大部分构成：超高压水射流发生器（高压泵）、数控加工平台、喷射切割头。
A set of CNC water jet cutting machine (hereinafter referred to as "water knife") consists of three parts: ultra high pressure water jet generator (high pressure pump), CNC machining platform, jet cutting head.
1. 超高压水射流发生器（高压泵）

作为水刀的动力源，常见的是液压马达驱动增压器产生超高压水射流的技术方案。将普通自来水的压力提升到几十到几百MPa（1MPa约等于10bar），通过束流喷嘴射出，具有极高的动能。
As the power source of water jet, it is common that hydraulic motor drives supercharger to produce ultra-high pressure water jet. When the pressure of ordinary tap water is raised to tens to hundreds of MPa (1MPa is about 10bar), it is ejected through the beam nozzle and has very high kinetic energy.
2. 数控加工平台

数控水刀主要以切割平面板材为主。切割平台选用滚动直线导轨和滚珠丝杠作为传动，在数控程序和控制电机的精密控制下精确进行X轴和Y轴单独运动或两轴联动扭王块模具 高铁遮板模具 阶梯护坡模具 拱形护坡模具 卵形槽模具 保定室内设计培训 保定平面设计培训，带动切割头实现直线和任意曲线切割。
CNC water jet mainly cutting plane plate. The cutting platform adopts rolling linear guide rail and ball screw as the drive. Under the precise control of numerical control program and control motor, the x-axis and y-axis move alone or two-axis linkage precisely, driving the cutting head to realize straight-line and arbitrary curve cutting.
